Windows installed a year+ ago from Tri County - This afternoon had some issues with a window that caused window to be fully open to the elements in 80 degree heat/bugs, etc. Steven so kindly rearranged his schedule, coming after hours, to be sure I didn't have an open window all night. He fixed the problem and then insisted on checking all other windows before leaving, to ensure there were no other unforeseen problems. He was very kind and professional. The Cudahy Historical Society was very pleased with Tri-County and their work on our 1892 Railroad Depot. They replaced and repaired the roof, dormers, windows and gutters. Any small issues or questions were dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Our historic building was in good hands. The entire staff was professional and easy to work with. We hope to have them return for further restoration work on our depot.
